The minerality of the Ozark Mountain soil naturally etches rich smoke patterns through the wood grain that mirror the rolling rivers and valleys of the American Heartland. The matte, hand-applied finish was developed from age-old artisan techniques to bring out the complex, natural character of the walnut revealing subtle, tonal qualities that get lost under heavy, high-gloss finishes.
